Granular Cell Tumor

Granular Cell Tumor, also known as neoplasm of granular cell, is related to malignant granular cell myoblastoma and vulvar granular cell tumor. An important gene associated with Granular Cell Tumor is ENO2 (Enolase 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are COPI-independent Golgi-to-ER retrograde traffic and Signaling by ERBB4. The drugs Mechlorethamine and Ifosfamide have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include tongue and skin, and related phenotypes are normal and homeostasis/metabolism
