Granulomatous Angiitis

Granulomatous Angiitis, also known as vasculitis, central nervous system, is related to churg-strauss syndrome and polyarteritis nodosa. An important gene associated with Granulomatous Angiitis is ABRA (Actin Binding Rho Activating Protein), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Hematopoietic Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers and Network map of SARS-CoV-2 signaling pathway. The drugs Picropodophyllin and Cytarabine have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include spinal cord and small intestine, and related phenotype is immune system.
