Geniculate Ganglionitis, also known as facial nerve diseases, is related to herpes zoster and herpes zoster oticus, and has symptoms including oral manifestations, facial paresis and numbness along 7th cranial nerve. An important gene associated with Geniculate Ganglionitis is IFNA2 (Interferon Alpha 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Hematopoietic Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers and Dendritic Cells Developmental Lineage Pathway.
