Good Syndrome

Good Syndrome, also known as thymoma-immunodeficiency syndrome, is related to chronic granulomatous disease and agammaglobulinemia, x-linked. An important gene associated with Good Syndrome is CLPSL2 (Colipase Like 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and ERK Signaling. Affiliated tissues include thymus and b cells, and related phenotypes are decreased circulating antibody level and mediastinal lymphadenopathy
