Foster-Kennedy Syndrome, also known as disorder of the optic nerve, is related to spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy, x-linked 1 and meningioma, familial, and has symptoms including eye manifestations and sciatica. An important gene associated with Foster-Kennedy Syndrome is TMEM30B (Transmembrane Protein 30B), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Pyruvate metabolism and TCA cycle III (animals).
