Felty Syndrome

Felty Syndrome, also known as felty's syndrome, is related to palindromic rheumatism and autoimmune hepatitis. An important gene associated with Felty Syndrome is CSF3 (Colony Stimulating Factor 3), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and Cytokine Signaling in Immune system. The drugs Lenograstim and Cyclophosphamide have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include spleen and neutrophil, and related phenotypes are arthritis and recurrent respiratory infections
