Exotropia

Exotropia, also known as divergent concomitant strabismus, is related to fibrosis of extraocular muscles, congenital, 2 and miles-carpenter syndrome. An important gene associated with Exotropia is FBN1 (Fibrillin 1). The drugs Acetylcholine and Cholinergic Agents have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and cortex, and related phenotypes are nervous system and muscle
