Extragonadal Seminoma, also known as primary extragonadal seminoma, is related to seminoma and testicular cancer. An important gene associated with Extragonadal Seminoma is ALPP (Alkaline Phosphatase, Placental), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers and Transcriptional regulation by the AP-2 (TFAP2) family of transcription factors. The drugs Lenograstim and Paclitaxel have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include lymph node and prostate.
