Exostosis, also known as osteophyte, is related to exostoses, multiple, type i and hereditary multiple osteochondromas. An important gene associated with Exostosis is EXT2 (Exostosin Glycosyltransferase 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Phospholipase-C Pathway and Glycosaminoglycan metabolism.
