Enterocele

Enterocele, also known as vaginal enterocele, is related to bowel dysfunction and diaphragmatic hernia, congenital. An important gene associated with Enterocele is GUCA2B (Guanylate Cyclase Activator 2B), and among its related pathways/superpathways is Digestion and absorption. The drugs Gabapentin and Cefazolin have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include liver and lung.
