Dupuytren Contracture, also known as palmar fascial fibromatosis, is related to plantar fascial fibromatosis and ledderhose disease. The drugs Tranexamic acid and Prednisolone have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and liver, and related phenotypes are joint contracture of the hand and dupuytren contracture
