Dentin Dysplasia, Type Ii, also known as dtdp2, is related to dentinogenesis imperfecta and symphalangism, distal, with microdontia, dental pulp stones, and narrowed zygomatic arch. An important gene associated with Dentin Dysplasia, Type Ii is DSPP (Dentin Sialophosphoprotein). Affiliated tissues include skin and salivary gland, and related phenotypes are thistle tube shaped pulp and dentinogenesis imperfecta limited to primary teeth
