Coats Disease

Coats Disease, also known as exudative retinopathy, is related to revesz syndrome and telangiectasis. An important gene associated with Coats Disease is FZD4 (Frizzled Class Receptor 4), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Chromosome Maintenance and Clear cell renal cell carcinoma pathways. The drugs Bevacizumab and Growth Inhibitors have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and retina, and related phenotypes are strabismus and abnormal retinal vascular morphology
