Centralopathic Epilepsy (ECT)

Centralopathic Epilepsy, also known as benign rolandic epilepsy, is related to epilepsy, focal, with speech disorder and with or without impaired intellectual development and benign epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes. An important gene associated with Centralopathic Epilepsy is ECT (Centralopathic Epilepsy). The drugs Topiramate and Carbamazepine have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include tongue and brain, and related phenotypes are focal-onset seizure and eeg with centrotemporal focal spike waves
