Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis, also known as hepatic fibrosis, congenital, is related to caroli disease and polycystic kidney disease 4 with or without polycystic liver disease. An important gene associated with Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis is PKHD1 (PKHD1 Ciliary IPT Domain Containing Fibrocystin/Polyductin), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Bardet-Biedl syndrome and Ciliopathies.
