Cleft Lip/palate (FLP)

Cleft Lip/palate, also known as cleft lip and palate, is related to ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia, and cleft lip/palate syndrome 1 and cleft lip/palate-ectodermal dysplasia syndrome. An important gene associated with Cleft Lip/palate is DLX4 (Distal-Less Homeobox 4), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Signal Transduction and PAK Pathway. The drugs Fentanyl and Rocuronium have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include bone and bone marrow, and related phenotypes are abnormality of dental eruption and delayed speech and language development
