Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, also known as respiratory insufficiency, is related to exudative vitreoretinopathy 1 and bronchial disease, and has symptoms including apnea, cheyne-stokes respiration and coughing. An important gene associated with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia is CHAT (Choline O-Acetyltransferase), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Akt Signaling and Complement cascade.
