Blepharocheilodontic Syndrome 2 (BCDS2)

Blepharocheilodontic Syndrome 2, also known as bcds2, is related to blepharocheilodontic syndrome 1 and cleft lip with or without cleft palate. An important gene associated with Blepharocheilodontic Syndrome 2 is CTNND1 (Catenin Delta 1). Affiliated tissues include thyroid, and related phenotypes are facial asymmetry and ectropion of lower eyelids
