Antisynthetase Syndrome

Antisynthetase Syndrome, also known as anti-jo1 syndrome, is related to idiopathic inflammatory myopathy and raynaud disease. An important gene associated with Antisynthetase Syndrome is MORC3 (MORC Family CW-Type Zinc Finger 3), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Metabolism of proteins and tRNA Aminoacylation. The drugs Prednisolone and Tacrolimus have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
