Anterior Scleritis

Anterior Scleritis is related to sclerosing keratitis and scleritis. An important gene associated with Anterior Scleritis is PRTN3 (Proteinase 3), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Immune infiltration in pancreatic cancer and IL-26 signaling pathways. The drugs Temsirolimus and Sirolimus have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and t cells.
