Anisakiasis, also known as infection by anisakis larva, is related to urticaria and hypereosinophilic syndrome, and has symptoms including abdominal pain and nausea. An important gene associated with Anisakiasis is RNASE3 (Ribonuclease A Family Member 3), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Hematopoietic Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers and Immune infiltration in pancreatic cancer.
