Angioid Streaks is related to tumoral calcinosis, hyperphosphatemic, familial, 1 and arterial calcification of infancy. An important gene associated with Angioid Streaks is ABCC6 (ATP Binding Cassette Subfamily C Member 6), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Vitamin K metabolism and activation of dependent proteins and VEGFR1 specific signals.
