Acth-Dependent Cushing Syndrome, also known as adrenocorticotropic hormone-dependent cushing syndrome, is related to pituitary adenoma 4, acth-secreting and ectopic cushing syndrome. An important gene associated with Acth-Dependent Cushing Syndrome is USP8 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 8). Affiliated tissues include pituitary and adrenal gland.
