Acrocapitofemoral Dysplasia (ACFD)

Acrocapitofemoral Dysplasia, also known as acfd, is related to osteochondrodysplasia and brachydactyly. An important gene associated with Acrocapitofemoral Dysplasia is IHH (Indian Hedgehog Signaling Molecule), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Signal Transduction and Activation of cAMP-Dependent PKA. Affiliated tissues include bone and heart, and related phenotypes are skeletal dysplasia and delayed skeletal maturation
