Acquired Angioedema (AAE)

Acquired Angioedema, also known as aae, is related to fissured tongue and melkersson-rosenthal syndrome. An important gene associated with Acquired Angioedema is SERPING1 (Serpin Family G Member 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Collagen chain trimerization and Complement cascade. The drugs Immunologic Factors and Immunosuppressive Agents have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include tongue and skin, and related phenotype is angioedema.
