Rare Disease Data Center (RDDC) was developed by Research Institute of Tsinghua, Pearl River Delta (RITPRD). It integrates the information, such as epidemiological data, disease-related gene profile, variants, phenotypes, drug developmental outlines, and disease-associated mouse models from all the reported rare diseases.
RDDC provides the interactive visualization and exploration of the biomedical data via a coherent and consistent set of interfaces and tools. Moreover, RDDC makes available a group of the disease-related gene diagnosis tools based on the sophisticated Artificial Intelligence model.
RDDC aims to comprehensively meet the rapidly growing demands on the rare disease scientific research and clinical diagnosis.
